Women’s Retreat – The Great Adventure
Retreat is April 24-26, 2009 at Missions Springs. Registration and brochures are in the lobby.

Security Warning – Please do not leave valuables, or any item someone might think is valuable, in plain view in your car. Although we have parking lot security it only takes a minute for a car window to be broken.

Christmas Musical – Final showing of our musical, “The Gift” is today at 2 PM. Childcare provided for children 0 – 3.

Operation Christmas Child – A huge “Thank you” to everyone who provided filled shoeboxes and/or assisted with the processing of them. You provided over 400 boxes and as a shipping center we processed more than 17,700.

Door Greeters Needed - We have a need for door greeters for the 11:00 service. If you attend the 9:45 or 11:00 service this might work for you. Note on your information card or contact Karen Montoya at kscmontoya@yahoo.com or 209-815-5701.

Shuttle Drivers Needed – Mark your Info. Card if you would like to join this ministry team. Must be 18.

M.O.M.S. – Are you a mom in need of a time of refreshment with other moms? Join us the 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month, 9:15 – 11:15 AM in rm. 206. $5 fee. Childcare provided 0 – 5 yrs. Next meeting Dec.18. Contact Brandi Nussbaumer to RSVP at: momsatcalvary@yahoo.com or call– 823-3513.

Ladies Luncheon – All ladies are invited to lunch on Wednesday the 17th at noon at Isadore’s. RSVP to Elizabeth, 825-9008, by the 15th.

Prayer Chain – If you would like to be on our e-mail prayer chain please so indicate on your Info. Card and supply your e-address. Prayer requests submitted via Info. Cards are relayed only if the card is signed to give authorization.

Interested in serving our Children? During the evening service on Dec. 28th, we need 1 person to help out in the preschool. Every Sunday during the 11:00 service, we need helpers in most of the preschool classes. If you can help, please call Judy @ 239-1345. Our Wednesday night Awana program needs additional leaders. If you would like to become a part of a child’s life, please call Linda Davis @ 824-2743.

Help us Save $$$ - If you attend the 1st or 2nd service and do not need the church bulletin, you may place it on one of the tables in the rear of the auditorium to be recycled for the following service.
