If you choose, help create the shawls, by either knitting or crocheting (we will teach anyone who does not know how to make one). We also deliver the shawls and pray with the recipients.

The second meeting, (on a Saturday to be determined at first meeting) we will take a small yet challenging hike where we will help one another with the physical and mental challenges we will encounter to complete hike, with a goal of becoming more spiritually and physically fit.
